Microsoft turned on Copilot for all the m365 subscriptions and it’s not always evident how to disable it; most corpo email runs either on m365 or Google these days. Just don’t use it and leave the privacy risks in the hands of people who are ostensibly paid to make these decisions - voice your concerns of course.
