Made some Churrasco Italiano, a chilean barbecue sandwich
Worked much better this time, as last time the meat was sliced thin, and therefore was difficult not to overcook. I used brioche buns to save time, since I didn't feel like making marraquetas

In my experience, churrascos usually come with the meat thinly sliced and kind of overcooked. This may have been an improvement on the concept, for sure.
Maybe this is why I'm generally more into Completos - hot dogs don't overcook the same really
Those look delicious, but I'd be concerned about biting cleanly through the steak. I think I'd feel less intimidated if it were sliced thin.
It was thin and tender enough that it was no problem to bite through it
This looks awesome!
That'll do.
These look better than I remember. Yummy!
