I like transmission because it's got a web ui that I can access remotely. It also seems to work really well with radarr and sonarr. It also has the ability to run a script after a download completes so I have it set up to automatically extract any archives that exist in the download. A lot of torrents no longer include archives but sometimes I still encounter one that does and it's nice when transmission extracts it so radarr and sonarr can grab the extract and import it into plex.
Nothing outrageous here - qBittorrent, but I really love using it with a remote control on my phone. I can search and manage torrents from my mobile without having to transfer files to my server or be concerned with network issues.
