Criticizing a renowned doctor who refused to publicly give a medical diagnosis about someone who isn't a patient of theirs, and then making that judgement yourself based on youtube hot takes is not professional investigatory work, it's sloppy and ill-timed.
"It's not about x, it's about y" is always suspect, there can be multiple reasons for anything, and in this case the former is racism and the latter is a disease you looked into a little online.
Saying "he actually did a lot of harm" is dismissive toward ongoing debates in the academic and black and black academic communities, it's saying 'none of that harm was real, but look at this other community I'm also not a part of being harmed'.
To be clear, you are probably right, I mean, it was always an incredible story, I also assumed it was at least slightly bullshit, but I just think investigating whether people are as autistic as they say they are is a bad path to go down. You yourself said that autistic people sometimes feel a need to exaggerate their symptoms in order to get recognition of their disability, and with Arday you might think we have a prime example of that, yet without evidence or credentials, you say he was actually neurotypical, giving us a prime example of why autistic people sometimes do this.
Whatever his sin may or may not have been he still has a family grieving for him.
People are acting like he was a rapist, and to be honest the amount of coverage a rapist gets in the media is a hell of a lot less than this bloke, which considering all he is alleged to have done is bullshitted his way into a job he wasn't suited to (which lots of people are guilty of) is absolutely ridiculous.
In a world where Prince Andrew can still nonce about, seemingly forgotten, its insane to me the coverage this is getting.
Your replying to someone as if they are the embodiment of this forum makes you look like a contrarian asshole. You are in the forum, forumizing. Stop acting like you're better than anyone else here, or that this is a monolith you're speaking to instead of a collection of individuals with diverse opinions.
Don't bother, this fucking dingdong's other takes include Billionaires are Fine Actually, Leftists Are Bad, Trans People Aren't Being Erased, .... the list goes on.

Can we not just let this guy rest in peace?

That's a bit jarring to read on a forum that gleefully celebrates a murderer of an insurance company CEO.

Doesn't require much acting, usually.
Dunning-Kruger moment
