It appears the lab leak is the cause. The exotic animal trade still needs to be shut down, and also fuels new viruses being discovered to be studied and gain of functioned to make biological weapons from, which is the real reason for these programs.
That said, the evidence from the Senate Report is convincing, the emails we got from the virology lab all but said so in their bureaucratic speak.
