Different instances question
What’s the difference between this instance and the one on lemmy.ml? It looks like they are both active and have the same content. Sorry if this has been asked before; I’m still relatively newish

It's same content community, but in different instances. If ever ML goes down, you have one here to ask and participate.
I was moderationing there with no activity at all, and because I was not fond of lemmy.ml and it's ideology, I left and made one here for everyone else to participate.
Thanks for the explanation; it seems like this instance has slightly more traffic too
