I make fan videos. I take a song and then I put video clips from TV or movies on them. This is a form of collage, taking bits and pieces of other people's art and arranging them in a new way to make new art

It's a cool hobby. 🙂 Sometimes two completely different works can be edited together to resonate with each other.
I had a few video game music videos up until YouTube got better copyright detection. Zombies Ate My Neighbors (the song) with garry's mod stills; Wake Me Up When September Ends to Ocarina of Time...
I kind of wished I had saved copies. Oh well. There are much better ones out there than what I made.
I heard from the young ones AMVs are coming back; considering the popularity of anime nowadays I'm not surprised.
The reason I say young ones is because it's unfortunately on TikTok and they erroneously calls them "edits".
