I just went there, and here are a few sample headlines:

  • "Nobody sincerely believes Cuba threatens the United States" with a picture of Trump.
  • "The Iran War is Unfathomably Depraved"
  • "Russian Strikes in Kharkiv Kill 10 as Ukraine Launches Hundreds of Drones at Moscow". This is true.
  • "Over a Month After ICE Killing in Biddeford, Grieving Family Waits for Answers"

These don't strike me as anything near pro-Trump, but quite the opposite, and I don't see anything there as "Tankie propaganda" or even obviously inaccurate. The remaining headlines seem to just be taken from mainstream media that match their agenda.

I think whether this gets blocked or not, I think, should be an individual decision. I don't see anything that I feel has crossed the line and broken the rules here.

I'm open to discussion.

And posts such as:

  • In Statement on Syria Airstrikes, Netanyahu Claims Turkey Was About To Deploy Troops to Idlib Air Base

  • AOC and Mamdani Should Stop Throwing the Black Lives Matter Movement Under the Bus

I will admit it's a somewhat mixed bag, but their intentions are far from obscure.

I don't get why people don't just block the community for their account and be done with it. Why ask for it to be blocked for everyone on the instance?

Unless it's CSAM/similar content or an instance with major bots/troll problem I think the choice should be left to each user of the instance whether they want to see or block communities.
