I actually bought one of the cheapy ones to the kids and they love it except for the part where the rubber bulb comes off and also easily rotates around the handle bars. Otherwise it's hilarious as you say.... Hmm maybe I should. Just this once. Then take it to work and honk at unsuspecting people during our yearly Halloween costume day. Hmm..... Buy it's brass. It's not one of those tin can horns. And it sounds so sweet! Specially the version with encrusted gems.

Now I'm not saying don't buy it, but consider if it's hilarious enough, and whether it'll look nice as a conversation starter on the shelf.
Unless you have a bike you use regularly then maybe the math is in favor of the horn, because that can stay funny.
