There is no dark side of the moon. It's all dark

Oh that poor girl. Kisses atop her furry head, and hopefully her world stops spinning tomorrow.

Oh no. Poor kitty. Hope she recovers well and isnโ€™t in too much pain.

She's eaten a can and a half of pate since getting home (refused to eat at vet) , so she good

Back from the Wedding in the 'Rat. Had a grand ol time sharing an apartment with mates, having all kinds of drinks and adventures. The wedding was beautiful with So. Much. Food. And we weren't the rowdy table! Drinking, dancing, narrowly avoiding a barney.

Social battery is at zero though.

The beach was eerie beautiful today

the fog would drift in from the water, when I was in the fog it was cold and damp

visibility was low and I could hear fog horns from the ships on the bay

No blood or gore or anything:

::: spoiler how the fuck did my nail get a crack there?? :::

Canes too. Slapped some top coat on it to protect it a bit, but I'm gonna have to wait for it to grow out so deal with; its smack bang over my nail bed ffs

caught on something and tore

use superglue to glue it together

Better one:

Get a teabag. Empty it.

Cut a small square out of teabag bag that will cover rip

Drop of nail glue, apply teabag. You will have overspill. That's ok. Trim with nail scissors. Another drop of glue if necessary. Let dry

Buff to smoothness and voila. Bulletproof rip cover you can also nailpolish

Lovely! Thank you! I have not applied super glue yet so will try this, thank you! Either way I really appreciate everyone's help!

Make sure the tabag fragment is saturated - it essentially patches the nail, and you can sand it down

I'm going to request temporary relocation because of the roadworks.

It's been a year. Getting woken up from 1am to 5am is not tenable.

Work computer is a ticking timebomb at the moment. I selected 'automatically restart after updates are installed' because I wasn't actively using it. Now it seems to be just hanging on the final update

Someone pointed out mercury was close to the moon, now this late season fog is going to kill our crops. BURN THE WITCH

Ahem. We do not make good firewood. And there will be consequences that you will not like. I disapprove of laying curses in a general sense, but I will make exceptions when necessary.

The witch has chosen not to curse us, rejoice! Maybe the witch can restore our crops, praise the witch!

why is fog bad for crops?

I thought fog kept frost away?

Moisture hanging around in the air is conducive to mould and fungus growth. St Anthony's Fire (ergotism) a distinct possibility.
