People tend to keep creepy Musk's company for his money. Kind of like academically-challenged students hanging out with the nerdy math kid in class so he does their homework.

Epstein wouldn't have him because he knows Musk has a loud mouth and would have never stopped bragging about going there.
They arrest any skin colour coming from abroad without mountains of cash. A German woman who'd been going to the USA for hiking vacations several years in a row suddenly found herself in ICE detention for a month before being sent back to Germany because they figured she was going to the USA for work.
Basically if you're poor, you're ICE fodder. It just happens that brown people are far more likely to be poor.
Fun fact: when you're that rich and fly, you don't even need to go through customs, let alone security. The guy lives in a different world from us plebes
