It’s drama over nothing. They still have to pass their training and it’s very rigorous training. The reality is about 30% of them will fail training. Being gamers has nothing to do with that, it’s just a difficult job.

"Video games" is extremely broad. I'd like to see what kinds of video games they're playing. There's so many simulator games out ther I wouldn't be surprised if there's a "Air Traffic Controller Simulator"
