Odd that they went with 3 year survival. Typically cardiovascular risk is analyzed over 10 years.
red yeast rice extract is a shitty, non-prescription, low-dose(?) alternative
It's already known that on the whole, people who take statins don't live longer than people who don't, but that could just be because people who don't take them don't need them...
