Saying “We’ll figure this out, I still love you” when you need that time break is the secret code to that balance imo.
Still stressed from the argument but it’s a reminder that it’s not fighting against your partner, but with them against the misunderstanding.
Hard to settle an argument before end of day when the partner waits until it's late at night to bring shit up

It's bad wording. The message is to not bottle feelings, resolve the issues. Bottling up leads to resentment and that's poison for any relationship.
