Is there something going wrong in translation or are Poles considering Germany "overseas" now? And what sea?
Yeah even the uk doesnt usually count as overseas? Its not mainland europe but you wouldnt call monaco overseas either.
This is a really fucking weird way to frame "Poles who emigrated are now on average returning back to their homeland."
To say "the diaspora is shrinking" makes it sound like they're being culturally erased somehow. No, they're just going back home more frequently than Poles back home are emigrating.
