Issac Del Toro Signs Extension With UAE through 2031
I wonder if this means anything long term for guys like Almeida. I’m also curious if he signed this expecting Pogi to step aside in the next couple of years?

He must really be counting on Pogačar getting bored of racing. Other than that, it makes sense, really doesn’t look like he has much to complain about.
And based off of the TdF, it looks like if Pogačar keeps racing and maintains his form, del Toro is probably better off being on his team than not. The teamwork was great to see, and they really did look more like teammates than rivals.
It's evident that Pogacar likes him and wants him to win stuff, which I suppose makes it easy to stay. Now, I hate Pogacar and UAE and I would like Del Toro to ride for someone else, but it makes sense for him to stay as it is.
I see Del Toro a very good stage rider, and Pogacar seems to no like them very much. Also there are 3 grand tours each year, so having more leaders to fight for them makes sense.
For Isaac, I believe that he won't keep his form outside UAE. Besides, the team gives him enough opportunities, and seems to have a very good relationship with Pogacar, not like Ayuso.
I expect Almeida to find a new team
