Alright! I was afraid it wouldn't loop well, but I did my best finding a 15-second clip that worked. He actually only flew around up there for 1 minute and 20 seconds.
The board is only on his feet, and he can do aerial flip tricks with it. As for the wing, he seems to be harnessed into it. With the handlebar, he can shift his weight like a hang glider amd control the wing.
There are 360° cameras that edit out the stick holding them automatically. No idea if this is the case here, but it might be a similar setup with 2+ cameras where the stick is edited out automatically
