my neck/shoulder has been sore for the past three or four days and I can't figure out why, and that's kinda lame. Been still getting out on my bicycle, very very pleased to be back out moving again, but holy shit did my sedentary lifestyle for the last three month do me exactly 0 favors. Plus the heat, it's 100+ today, means I gotta soak a shirt in water before i head out into the sun to go any further than about a block or two. still, on the balance, i am very pleased to be able to go to the grocery store and stuff again.

i have my next semester coming up on the 24th, taking cal 2 phys 1 art and history. im looking forward to it but im a little worried i overloaded my plate. i guess we'll see.

Ive linked back up with my shrink and asked her about getting me something a standing invitation to an inpatient facility next time i think im about to crash out, rather than going through a months long depressive autodebauchery. i feel like i could probably get myself back upright when im falling much faster if there's someone making sure i take my pills and eat and move around during the day and stuff, you know how it is. maybe just a couple weeks. it would be so much better to cut my depressive episodes down to just a few weeks instead of taking a variable number of months out of my year over and over. it's really quite disruptive to planning, would you belive?

anyway. things are okay. stable. normal. normal is good. i like normal. it feels so... unexciting. it's a lovely change of pace.
