Just FYI, said "little village" have 85 million people, more than twice the population of the most populous state in the U.S. (california), which only have 39 million. The same village also have higher population than the entirety of Germany (thrid populous country in Europe with 84 million people, only behind Russia and Turkey)

Looks good. I tend to break up the rice more, and add soy sauce for color and flavor.
If I'm feeling fancy, shallots and white pepper add so much. (As does msg)
Add some curry powder and bean sprouts and you’re halfway to Singapore noodles

I sometimes make simple fried rice like this too and it's great! But do you not put any seasoning?

There is salt and white pepper, but that's just standard for every dish. And the scallions and eggs impart flavor.
Most Su-style dishes are subtle on flavors. I never understood the need for American Chinese food using so much sauce/spices as a sledgehammer.

Yeah clumpy is annoying need to break it up with a fork before putting it in the pan
