It's crazy this article suggests legumes (some like garbanzo are very high in iron), but it doesn't suggest legume milk.

Fortified soy milk is usually cheaper than cow milk, and it's actually healthy.

Also, Australia has that sweet lupine, which is higher in protein than cow milk.

@moldy_rice @inari soya is only healthy when fermented. 95% of soya grown is also gmo, sprayed heavy with herbicides/pesticides.

@moldy_rice they just dont wash away because
many pesticide products including some glyphosate based herbicide formulations contain PFAS compounds, which are genuinely permanent environmental contaminates.
