It is a buttery cake ball desert soaked in rum.
So, rum ham, but sweet. Got it. But seriously, if it contains enough alcohol to raise my BAC, I'm not sure how good it'll taste.

Small? When I was a kid the local bakery had these in tennis ball size. Not enough rum to get you tipsy, though.
I can relate. It doesn't take much booze to turn me into a very silly bunny.
