Another U.S billion going to anything but the healthcare, public education, public transport, subsidised food of the citizenry. Despicable.

Venezuela and Columbia are both ideal for locations for space launches. Columbia is the gateway Pananma and threshold from South America to Central America. Just pointing out some geolocational information. I am not condoning anything.
