E-Paper device for Navigation only

I am looking for an e-paper device with a polychromatic screen, with a GPS chipset, able to run OSMAnd, enough storage for offline maps (64GB+) and preferably an option to flash LineageOS or any other de-googled OS. Or is there maybe even a dedicated e-paper GPS navigation device not reliant on Android? Any recommendations or tips?

I have never heard of such a device. I think making one yourself would be the only way to do it. Look into dyptx or other open source/DIY readers and modify those to meet your needs.
I also want a e-book reader that has a screen large enough to read papers (.pdf), but the only one I could find was a ~$600 kobo with a bunch of features I do not need or want.
I have sifted through lots of DIY projects and they are really cool and very low on power consumption. In my case the most important requirement is OSMAnd, since it's an incredibly powerful GPS app. But it's based on Android. So either an Android device or a linux device with an Emulator. The DIY projects are mostly C or Python on an ESP32. My current favorite is the Palma 2 Pro, but it's costly and over the top.
