for me personally, it's the last 10 years getting questioned by experts, where do I get my proteins. All of a sudden, people that didn't even finished high school, becoming nutrition experts (•_•)

The hardest part for me is checking ingredients lists for surprise animal products.
And trusting restaurants. It says vegan on menu, you check with them and they say it’s vegan, you wait for your order, and there’s cheese on it.
