I hated everything about the other dragons fighting Sheepstealer. I thought Syrax was going to die. I thought Sheepstealer was going to die. I thought Caraxes was going to die. Stop fighting!
On the flip side, Sunfyre lives! What a moment. I love rooting for Aegon who is a complete bastard of a man.
Aemond + Alicent was fucked up, I'm glad it was really Alys. But predictably Aemond is an idiot.
Speaking of predictable, Ulf has surprisingly betrayed Rhaenyra. He's going to cause so many problems next episode. Plus if Hugh is stuck in the city, his dragon will probably try to save him and cause even more mess. Or maybe he'll just do something stupid to protect his wife.
Also speculation about Helena's dreams. She gave birth and her child is taken away. Helena rides Dreamfyre and burns some people. Helena lives happily ever after... until snow.
Working backwards the snow is reality, so everything before it was probably a lie. So Helena's story will end horribly (not surprising given the show). She was commanding of her dragon... So the opposite may be some dragon accident? Fire breathing everywhere wildly? And the baby being taken away, means the baby being stillborn?
For the baby scene it was pointed out that the guard who takes it away was Criston Cole. I don't know how much Helena knows about Criston, but I assume she knows he's very loyal to Alicent, so that tracks.
If the throne needs to be destroyed, and she saw a confident woman on a dragon, do you think that might have been Dany? Or maybe her interpretation would be Rhynera?
So if she can't avoid her fate, or if she knows she has a role to play, it sounds like she's going to have to take a more active role. I can't think of what that something should be, but if she's having dreams maybe whatever it is will play a big role in the last season.
All of the dragon dreams (specifically dragon dreams - not greensight, not woods witch prophecies, etc) we've seen in these shows, and most that we've heard tell of, have included references to Dany hatching her dragons, the Iron Throne in a ruined throne room, and/or the White Walker threat. In other words, references to GOT. And when I say "most that we've heard tell of", the only two dragon dreams we've been told about that I can think of that DIDN'T include a reference to GOT were:
Daeron the Drunken's dream in AKOTSK about a dead dragon falling on Dunk
Rhaenyra mentioning that Daenys the Dreamer foresaw the Doom of Valyria
All this to say, I think HBO just likes using dragon dreams to tie everything back to GOT. Everything foreshadows GOT somehow.

Honestly I would interpret the visions as "these are the reasons why you're not gonna get that chicken farm, Helaena":
The baby will be a boy and Rhaenyra will be forced to at least take it away, like Alicent said
The throne needs to be destroyed
Avoiding her fate would lead to the destruction of the world by the White Walkers
