The law stops restaurants and food delivery services from automatically including disposable items such as utensils, straws, napkins, and condiment packets in takeout and delivery orders.

How is this late stage capitalism? It’s environmental protection and you can still request utensils. WA has been doing it for years and it has affected nobody.
