Depends on the company culture. Fixing blame rather than the problem is all too common.

Interesting. I meant this about any place in life in general. Companies weren't specifically my focus. Anyway I don't know how to make a sublemmy private. All of this is my "philsosophy" stuff I wanna leave for my daughter when she grows up, so I hope you dismiss this as the cringe thing this is :)
