I will always find it funny that at the end of Venom 2 Eddie Brock and Venom jump universes and see the "Spider-Man revealed as Peter Parker" newscast, basically setting up Eddie Brock and Venom being in the MCU, then near the end of Spider-Man No Way Home we get a random scene of Eddie Brock learning about Thanos... and immediately sent back to his universe.
So technically the crossover already happened... Venom just didn't interact with anyone. Well except Danny Rojas.
