it's been Brazillian for a decade or so

It became American in 1995 and then got bundled into a shitty faceless Brazillian corp in 2014; the merger was made under some paper company with an office in Toronto so they could pretend Tim Horton's is still Canadian

And during those various ownership changes they "cost optomized" their product quality down the toilet.

Dropped their long time coffee supplier for a cheaper alternative.

Stopped baking fresh in store, and moved to frozen product from a central kitchen which is then reheated at the franchise locations.

Dammit, these just started popping up in my area. Guess I won't be going back.
