So it’s a still from a video, they never explain why the raccoon is shaved. The raccoon’s name is Choon, and you can find his adventures on Facebook under Mr__Choon.
Oddly enough I have a few hairless raccoon videos/pics. Hairless but not shaved. Me & my neighbor's best guess is he got into some rat poison or something similar and his hair fell out. Poor lil dude. It's growing back though, he looks like a raccoon again from the front. I've seen him on my front door camera a few times over the last couple years.

When I sent this pic to my husband who was not wearing his glasses at the time, he asked, “Is this a mound of cocaine?” 😆
Is that a sink? A racoon shower / bath?
I presume this is at a vet.
Americans - help me please, I am not knowledgeable in the ways of the racoon and need context for this adorable mound.

Edit: hair coming back:
Ok...but, why?
Good question! It’s never explained in the video that this screenshot is from. This is Mr__Choon.

There is a reason they come with fur. Without it raccoons look way worse, I'd think. :D
Didn't you hear the OCCUPADO dudes in there
