It took months of planning and I can't wait to finally hit the trail!

@Chrissy @hiking I was honesty worried because I thought we bought too much food, but in the end we managed to put everything inside 💪
@gilraen79 @hiking Yay! That is one benefit of our cabin to cabin hike in Norway: we don't really have to bring food.
@Chrissy @hiking we could have avoided it, tbh. All the cabins have shops and we could have bought everything there, but last year everything was really expensive and in order to eat properly we had to buy a lot. So this year we are trying a different approach and see how it goes. The pro side is that the backpack will become extremely light towards the end!
When are you leaving for Norway?
@gilraen79 @hiking Ah that's actually good to know. Maybe we should bring some more food as well. The dehydrated Firepot meals we usually being are tasty and not that heavy and, as you say, the backpack will lighten as you go.
We're leaving for Norway 21 August. Unfortunately we're flying to Oslo as overland takes about 3 days.
@Chrissy @hiking that's what we did: dehydrated food for dinner and breakfast. Not very heavy and perfect to eat on the trail.
We'll buy lunch at the shops, that's easier to manage and we usually eat light when hiking.
So excited for you, I'm sure it will be amazing!
