Looking to maybe upgrade
Hi everyone. I’m looking for some advice. I’m interested in buying a new gpu and ram but not sure what to pick.
My systems specs: I7 7700k 8gb ram Gtx 1050 2gb
I’m not really interested in upgrading the cpu because I would have to replace the whole motherboard and the i7 seems to be ok enough for what I want to play

You could probably go to a 1080 TI, a 2080, or 2080 TI easily, and then upgrade your RAM from 8-16 GBs and still see a good performance boost. That CPU is aging tho. But hey, I got one with similar specs my kid uses that still plays fine, just not AAAs.
How much are you looking to spend?
And what are you looking to achieve?
