I hope not to scare you, but one reason I've never made any food item from wood is that it's important to know the history of the wood if you're going to prepare food with it. I only mention this because you said it was made from scrap wood. Apparently pressure treated wood is likely to contain toxins. And there are other ways that it could contain things that are problematic. It looks to my untrained eye that it's mostly made of oak, so perhaps it already came from a worktop or something, so it might be alright. I'd feel less confident about the knife that appears to be made from pine. Anyway, I don't really know what I'm talking about so I'd definitely recommend getting the opinions from that woodworking community runner_g recommended or reading up on it before eating from that. I hope this doesn't come across as too negative or alarmist, just wanted to give you a heads up. Looks brilliant though!
Scrap doesn't always mean used wood friend, this case its off-cuts from other projects. The board itself and one knife are made from Red Oak and the other knife is made from Poplar. Both woods are perfectly food safe and while oak isn't the best wood for food use due to its open grain structure that can trap food particles it won't be used often and its been heavily treated with food-safe mineral oil and food-grade parafin wax that plug most of those voids.
