Now that I look a little closer, the narrator shots look kind of like AI. Is this slop? I'll delete the post if it is.
I don't /think/ so, it looks like he's just got his background blurred, probably using generative AI for that, but nothing else in the vide stands out as slop to me.
For what it's worth, he seems to be a real person. Whether or not he's using AI in his videos is another story. It looks more like just a glossy filter, but I could be wrong.
