Beautiful one! I was looking buying the same, but for some reason I changed my mind.
Thanks for posting.

I was looking at Hamilton Khaki field watches, but came across this and bought it pretty much on impulse. Glad I did, I've wanted a field watch for a long time and I feel like I can actually use and abuse this one, the way a field watch was meant to be used and abused.

So glad you posted. I’ve been eyeing the Khaki Field too (both mech and auto), and as much love as it gets and deserves, something about the SRPG just speaks to me more. The 50m WR on the Khaki Field was also a dealbreaker against the Seiko. Now I just have to find one in stock.

Bonus points for the Pitt tie in

Thanks for sharing.

Haha I just came across this at the mall while I was killing some time waiting for an appointment. Not so sure what you mean by "Pitt tie in" though.

You might know that several Seiko models are unofficially named after movie characters that wear them. The “Arnie” is worn by Schwarzenegger in Predator I think, and the “Willard” after Martin Sheen’s character in Apocalypse Now.

The SRPG35 is worn by Dr Robbie in the television show “The Pitt” (which is excellent and you should watch if you haven’t). It’s known unofficially as the “Dr. Robbie.”

Yeah at first I preferred the military style face of the srph, but as I keep coming back to compare this one has been growing on me. I'd go with green in either.

I don't think I'd want a NATO strap in anything other than green, or maybe khaki. Everything else feels off.

Do you know the dimensions? I will have to check later!
