Damn, who could have predicted that.

Back during Covid times I had a weird health issue pop up and needed some genetic testing. It was a gene that 23andme tested for, so I went that route rather than through my doc, as it would be substantially cheaper. I used a fake name, VPN, burner email. My family thought I was off the deep end but I was just like ‘this will end up on the dark web at some point, I’ll bet you $1000.’

Am I more paranoid than most? Sure. But I’d argue most are not as paranoid as they should be.
