Just a couple of small details, and it may be partially the angle of the photo:
The tie bar looks like it is sitting low. They are typically placed between the third and fourth button on the shirt.
The suspenders look like they may be clipped too near your fly. They should draw a vertical line from your shoulder to your trousers. Some trial and error may be required to find the proper point as everyone is shaped a little differently.

100% agree on the suspenders. Unfortunately they slip off if not clipped to belt loops :(
