Three rules that make LA uglier:

1 - LADOT says no trees near intersections 2 - City Attorney says no trees in traffic circles 3 - LADWP says power equipment must go in prime frontage real estate

We aren't following laws, but rules we imposed on ourselves. Let's change them!
