The Russians have been slow to confirm this, but that's mostly because they like to stagger their press releases. Consider it gone.

Alexander Mercouris is also peak fencesitting since it's all from a western IR perspevtive but he's bleak as hell.
How do you not get depressed looking at this stuff all the time? The play-by-play is exhausting & the online tug-of-war over every claim goes on as long as possible.
I'm not fence-sitting. I am not pro-Russian either. I post what Western media ignores – the bad side of Ukraine that they won't show. Everyone already sees what Russia does. That's not the problem. The problem is the West sanitizes Ukraine.
