This update was the last straw. It froze my wife's machine, and after a forced shutdown (holding power button), it rebooted 3 consecutive times to install it. And then started blocking the ssd with 100% utilization.
I just installed Linux on her computer. She's commented on how it feels much faster.
Gotta get it patched before Blackhat/DEF CON!!
That's one massive Patch Tuesday.
