How do you develop an app for a dual screen device?
I would like to make an AYN Thor app which runs on both screens, but I for the life of me cannot find documentation on how to do this.

Maybe try the jetpack window manager, https://developer.android.com/codelabs/android-window-manager-dual-screen-foldables
It says it's for foldables and dual screen devices. Also check if Ayaneo has any sort of sdk
