Unidentified green wasp
I suspect it's a cuckoo wasp, but I'm not sure of the species.

It's a cutie that's what it is.
Looks like a pseudo wasp to me. I think it's a fly.
Look up "Soldier Fly" and see if that's not closer to what you found.
I disagree. Fly eyes are very distinct and these look like wasp eyes to me. I agree with OP that it looks like a cuckoo wasp.
