I would encourage you to file a complaint to the applicable data protection authority.
Unfortunately not within my very limited capacity. Am severely chronically ill and can only manage a very limited daily time on screens.

IIRC subscription is a valid alternative, and irrelevant to the GDPR.

TF1 is a French company.
Even if it’s legal under french law EU law supersedes french law so this is still illegal. But EU enforcement of GDPR, is, to be generous, very patchy, so…
