Biology sure makes getting the proper length tough. Socks also integrate foot length into them. An easy alternative is to get some leggings and chop em down to the right length, but I'll do some searching to see what I can find.

Sockdreams.com seems pretty comprehensive.

You sound knowledgeable abut this, I have size 18 shoes and really big calves, is my best bet your legging hack?

I used Torrid to get shoes, i have feet that just dont quite fit in standard lady sizes and i literally kept sending them back until i found the right size. Great store, look for sales. They use a couple of gimmicks to save money.

Also bought fleece leggings from them and they fit great. Good luck!

I'm not knowledgable exactly, just craft minded. Need long sock? Get tight pant make shorter. Wear normal sock. Win? Win.

second sock dreams. i got a few pairs of thigh highs from there a while ago and theyre great. i really like how much size information they include for each product. made it really easy to tell if a pair of socks would fit me.
