At least in that case, Ronald Reagan wasn't still president (and it was apparently clinton who approved it). In this case they aren't even waiting for a convicted criminal to stop being president..

I hope I never have to fly there.

But I try my hardest not to go to Florida at all, and I think I'm doing pretty good so far.
