Seriously, what the fuck? I've known some fucked up clueless parents in my time, but no one who's stupid enough to give a toddler a fucking tattoo!
My 2 year old wants food, water and to be thrown in the air and hopefully caught before landing. Also outside. Lots of outside.
I don't think a 2 year old is capable of understanding the concept of a tattoo being permanent... I don't think mine could even declare interest in one.
