nah we won't win. There isn't enough talent.
The parallels are kinda crazy. JV wasn't good enough so they had to go out and get Gasol at the deadline. Same situation this year at center. If they somehow manage an upgrade at point, they'll be the clear #2 in the conference with a good shot at being favourites.
Assuming health. We still don't have shooting. You forget that 2019 Raptors had a ton of shooters. Kawhi. Green. Lowry. Gasol. Pascal. FVV. Ibaka. Powell.
With Quick and Jakobe, shooting is less of a concern than the lack of productive size. The most glaring need is rim protection and rebounding. Offensive rebounders feasted on the Raps last year.
