And I add: hierarchies of paper in general regarding quality for writing. Personally, would rank Rhodia at the same level that Clairefontaine (my standard for working).

Living in France myself and Clairefontaine (and Rhodia, as they belong to the same group which may explain why the paper feel kinda comparable) being French companies, it's quite easy to find them absolutely ... everywhere (be it in a supermarket, an office supply store (fancy or vanilla stationary), even your local 'épicerie' will often sell some pack of looseleaf as well as notebooks in various sizes), at a price affordable enough for kids to use in school.
BTW, it is also my go to paper ;)
Also quite easy to find here in Spain, if you have a stationery shop nearby (not the ones for kids and school), but the ones intended for office use.
Yeah, I suppose they're easy to find in many of 'western' Europe at least. Probably a bit like the Bic brand for ballpoint pens?
Btw, thx a lot as I could not remember the word 'stationary'... must be too hot around here at 38°c, brain must be cooking ;)
Less frequent than bic, and yes, it is too hot to think properly!!
