Funnily enough they never put the cost in the headline, when they report on car infrastructure being built.

Yeah, I am reading a book called Bikenomics and they quote studies that say the least we pay per mile of road in the US is $6 million. It's usually much higher.
I knew this was going to happen.
Thats not a lot money for any piece of transport infrastructure.
