Toyota is recalling over 20,000 EVs, including Lexus and Subaru models
In a letter to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), Toyota said the recall was due to a potentially faulty electronic control unit (ECU) that could cause a loss of power, thereby increasing the likelihood of a crash.

TIL that Toyota finally has more than 1 single model of EV. It's still a short list, but at least it's no longer the only one.
They've got a few more U.S. models coming out in the next 12 months, too. The Lexus ES is going to have an EV version that's actually cheaper than the gasoline hybrid, and the Highlander EV is going to be its first 3-row SUV.
